McAlister Kemp

Consisting of Drew McAlister and Troy Kemp, McAlister Kemp are one of the most successful Australian country acts of the last decade. From the immediate, breakout success of their debut album ‘All Kinds of Tough’ (2010) along with the follow-ups ‘Country Proud’ (2012) and ‘Harder To Tame’ (2014), the duo earned their stripes as one of the highest selling and most exciting touring entities in Australian country music.

Recorded between Nashville and Sydney, 'We Roll On' is the duo's first new album in over 7 years and their fourth album overall. Released in August 2022, the album debuted #1 on the ARIA Australian Country Album chart and has stayed in the Top 10 since release.

Featuring the singles “After the Breakdown”, “Paid for Drinking Beer” and “I Got You”, all of which were co-written by the pair over zoom during 2020, the album has received praise from industry and fans alike, bringing together up-tempo rockers with heartfelt ballads, with the classic MK sound.

Drew & Troy also hit the road for the successful “We Roll On Tour” to support the album, which has rocked audiences across the country.

As solo artists away from McAlister Kemp, Drew and Troy have enjoyed hit singles, awards and touring. With a legacy as enduring as McAlister Kemp’s, it was only a matter of time before the pair would reunite and unleash their enormous country-rock sound once again.
